BigSpot.com Reports Immediate Sponsorship Results

Record traffic received after first race.

ASHBURN, Va., Aug. 13 --- When BigSpot.com, a service of Offerwise, partnered with Brad Coleman and the No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing NASCAR Nationwide team, the online research recruitment company was looking to expand brand awareness through a primary sponsorship effort. Reporting a 65% increase in traffic after the Aug. 1 event at Iowa Speedway, Offerwise President and CEO Andrew Lissak is undoubtedly pleased with the results.

The crew worked hard on the crumpled BigSpot.com car as the field cycled through the yellow flag laps and got Coleman back out on the track only one lap down. Coleman and his team eventually worked the car from the 24th spot back to the lead lap and were able to finish a respectable 13th in a wild race that tied the record number of cautions for the series this season.

"In an effort to leverage NASCAR to expand our reach into the market, we believed that Brad Coleman and the Joe Gibbs Racing team would be the best representation we could ask for," said Lissak. "Research shows how powerful a branding tool NASCAR can be. The record number of visitors to our site following the first race certainly drives home that fact."

BigSpot.com is an online service that connects users with market research companies that are interested in conducting consumer opinion research across a wide spectrum of products and services. BigSpot.com gives the general consumer an avenue to express their opinions and influence the products and services they use every day. The exposure that BigSpot.com has experienced thus far with NASCAR fans has been instrumental in helping BigSpot.com reach a segment of the US population that is highly sought after in the consumer research industry.

"The success that we have experienced after only one NASCAR event has far exceeded expectations," says Offerwise COO Rob Dolafi. "Based on the results we have seen, the enthusiasm that NASCAR fans bring to the sport has clearly transferred to the world of market research."
